Delivery and in-store pickup
- We deliver in Chișinău. Delivery costs 60 lei (free for orders over 1,000 lei).
- In-store pickup is free. Available between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM at 11 Grătiești St., Stăuceni.
Payment and terms
- Your order is accepted after our manager contacts you and confirms all order details.
- Cash payment can be selected and made upon receiving the order
- To pay by bank card, select the “Pay by card” option in the Cart. Payment is processed via MAIB using bank cards from the following payment systems: VISA International, Mastercard Worldwide.
- We recommend placing your order 2–3 days before the event. The more complex and larger your order is, the more time may be needed for confirmation and production.
- We reserve the right to replace certain fruits or other decorative elements if they are unavailable. However, we will always preserve the overall design concept of the dessert.
- Changes related to decoration and the dessert’s weight are gladly accepted at least 2 days before dispatch.
- If you want to change the delivery address or time, please inform us at least 1 day before receiving the order.
- If your event plans change, you can cancel the order at least 2 days before the scheduled date.
- Regarding delivery time, we always recommend relying on the time windows provided by our manager. Upon request, we can deliver at a specific time, but we cannot guarantee exact timing due to possible courier delays, heavy traffic, and emergency situations.
- It is mandatory to inform us about any allergies to certain products so we can exclude them from the ingredients or help you choose a different dessert.
Product returns
- Reasons for returning products after delivery may only be those specified in the Law “On Consumer Rights Protection”, namely:
- expiration of the shelf life;
- discovery of foreign substances or objects in the product;
- mismatch between the information shown on the website and the product’s actual characteristics (composition, weight, dimensions);
- packaging damage caused by the seller.
In this case, you may request a replacement with a product of similar taste, a product with an alternative taste, or a refund, including the delivery fee.
